Information for ordering Orders may be placed by mail or fax 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Terms and Conditions of Sale Indiana Wire reserves to right to furnish current construction, style and finish that is standard at time of shipment.
Terms Net 30. All shipments F.O.B. Fremont, IN unless otherwise specified. Open accounts must be established in advance. Our credit department reserves the right to grant, change, or refuse an open account based on information provided. Indiana Wire can accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. You may also order cash-in-advance or COD.

Return Merchandise Policy Merchandise may not be returned without written permission from the Manufacturer. Permission for return request must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise MUST be in a resalable condition packaged in original carton. All transportation MUST be prepaid. All merchandise returned within 30 days of invoice date are subject to a 15% handling charge. Merchandise approved for return after 30 days is subject to a higher handling charge.
Custom or Special Items are not returnable
Shipments Shipments are F.O.B. plant. Confirmation of ship date and products will be sent to the customer after the order has been processed. In some cases a back order may be necessary in order to serve you, our customer. Unless customer specifies NO BACK ORDER, we do not assume responsibility for any extra freight.
Claims of Freight Damage Shortages and merchandise damaged in transit must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Indiana Wire within 72 hours.
